Pro Tapes Pro 408 is used for bonding and laminating to a wide variety of cloths, vinyl's, corks, paper, rigid and flexible plastics. Pro 408 is commonly used for mounting displays, such as signs, covers, posters and name plates. Pro 408 is a double coated polyester film tape coated on both sides with an aggressive acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive. Tensile strength: 142 pounds per inch. Elongation: 3.50 percent. Initial tack: 20 centimeters (3 inches, 11 millimeters steel ball). 180 degrees F peel adhesion: 45 ounces per inch (71 ounces/24mm, 20min dwell on stainless steel). Application temperature: 50 degrees F to 104 degrees F. Service temperature: -4 degrees F to 212 degrees F. Backing: PET. Tensile strength: 142 pounds per inch. Features includes quick stick, good adhesion, short term, high temperature resistance, permanent bond, good chemical resistance, UV resistant, easy unwind. Applications includes mounting, bonding, tabbing, splicing, laminating. Measures 55 yards length by 2-inches width.
